MRS. MARGARET JANE CRISTE

Died at her home, 1229 Eighteenth avenue, Saturday evening at 7.30 o'clock 
of ailments incident to advanced age.  She was born Oct. 7, 1850, in 
Munster, Cambria county, a daughter of Peter and Catherine (Saunders) 
O'Neill.  Her husband, Edmund J. Criste, died a number of years ago.  
Surviving are the following children: Charles R., Paul J., Mrs. Marie 
Mahoney, Mrs. Regina Hufford, and Mrs. Jennette Shreffler; one brother and 
two sisters, Joseph P. O'Neill of Summit, Mrs. Ellen Ryan of Altoona and 
Mrs. Evangeline Glass of Pittsburgh; eighteen grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.  Mrs. Criste was a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed 
Sacrament and the Altar society.  Friends are being received at the home.

CRISTE - Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Jane O'Neill Criste of 1229 
Eighteenth avenue will be held with requiem high mass at the Cathedral of 
the Blessed Sacrament Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock.  Interment in Calvary 
cemetery.
