David Croak 

  David Croak died at his home in Altoona Sunday morning of paralysis, 
he having sustained a stroke the night previous.  He was born in 
Cambria county April 20, 1821, and went to Altoona about 30 years ago, 
where he was employed as a trackman by the Pennsylvania Railroad.  He 
was a member of St. Mark's Catholic church and is survived by his wife 
and six children.
