MRS. HELEN H. CROWELL

Of 1020 Cameron Avenue, Tyrone, died at 9 p.m. yesterday in the Geisinger 
Memorial Hospital, Danville, after an extended illness.  She was born in 
Williamsport Jan. 10, 1917, a daughter of Raymond A. and Katherine (Kohn) 
Hagerman, and on May 21, 1939, in the Trinity Episcopal Church, Tyrone, 
married Jules E. Crowell.  Surviving are her husband, six children, Ray, 
Gary, Judy, Tommy, Larry and Rich, all at home; her mother of Tyrone, and 
four sisters, Mrs. Doris Matevish of Ebensburg, Mrs. Rose Mary Rollason in 
New Jersey, Mrs. Katherine Haga of Beckley, W.VA., and Mrs. Rae Foust of 
Tyrone.  She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church and Altar Guild, 
Tyrone, a graduate of Tyrone High School in 1935, and prior to her marriage 
had been a beautician.  Friends will be received the Graham & Getz Funeral 
Home, Tyrone, from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
