She was born March 2, 1905, in Goshen, Ind., the daughter of George and Mary (Rearick) Neterer, and in May 1923, married Wilbur J. Culp, who died Sept. 10, 1971. Surviving are two children: Opal E. and George W. of Roaring Spring RD 1; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. A daughter, Margie Wagner, died in January 1987. Mrs. Culp was a member of the Cove Mennonite Fellowship, Woodbury. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring. CULP - Services for Ethel Culp of Roaring Spring RD 1 will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Cove Mennonite Fellowship, Woodbury, by the Rev. Nelson Roth and the Rev. Harold Horst.
