HELEN L. CUPP 

  Helen L. Cupp, 91, formerly of 421 W. 18th St., Tyrone, and a 
resident of Epworth Manor, Tyrone, since January 8, 1999 died at 3:10 
p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at the Manor.
  She was born April 27, 1915 at Birmingham, a daughter of David Wesley 
and Mary B. (Reeder) Fike.
  She was married March 24, 1934 at Birmingham to Kenneth Edward Cupp 
who died September 22, 1988.
  She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Kenneth Talmadge Cupp 
(Sally); Lynn D. Cupp (Darlene) and Charlene L. Hand (Bernard) all of 
Tyrone; six grandchildren: Lori Rerko (Rob) of State College, Kenneth 
E. Cupp (Lisa) of Tyrone, Julie Maurer (Tracy) of N.C., Steven Miller 
(Vicki) of Bald Eagle, Jason Miller (Paula) of Tyrone and Terry Cupp of 
Black Lick, Ohio; three step-grandchildren: Thomas Wike (Kristy) and 
Daniel Wike (Deneen) of Plano, Tx. and Vickie Tennis (Bob) of Tyrone; 
eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
  She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters and a 
great-grandson, Jeffrey McClellan.
  She was a member of the Tyrone Church of the Good Shepherd, was a 
homemaker and was employed at the Tyrone Daily Herald for three years.
  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the 
Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Rev. Norman E. Huff 
officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Twp.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 7 to 9 
p.m.
  Contributions in her memory may be offered to the Church of the Good 
Shepherd, 1650 Clay Ave., Tyrone, Pa. 16686.
