LUTHER L. DAVIES

  Luther L. Davies, of 956 Thirty-first street, died at his home 
Saturday morning of tuberculosis after an illness of three years.  He 
was born in this city August 25, 1883, and was the son of Meshack and 
Edith Davies, who survive, with one sister, Mrs. Lydia Cramer.  He was 
a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church.  Private funeral 
services will be held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the residence.  
Burial will be made in Fairview cemetery.
