Davis died yesterday morning at 4.15 o'clock, at the residence of her son, 723 Crawford avenue, of a complication of diseases. She was born in Bedford county on Nov. 11, 1846, and was the widow of Thomas Davis, who died two years ago. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and is survived by the following sons and daughters: W. Lee Davis and Walter Davis, both of this city; Mrs. Etta Coke of this city, and Mrs. Verna Rutledge of Harrisburg. She is also survived by three sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Eve Paul and Mrs. Mary Schlaugenhop of this city, Mrs. Eva Dunkle of New Enterprise, Adam Exline of Bedford county, and Jerre Exline of Unionville. The body can be viewed at any time at the Stevens mortuary and the funeral will be conducted on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Fairview cemetery.
