Mrs. Sarah R. DeArment.

  Mrs. Sarah R. DeArment wife of the late McKinney DeArment, died at 
2:40 Monday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. E. Walters, 
at 2515 Union avenue, Altoona.  She was born in Huntingdon county, Dec. 
23, 1848, and went to Altoona thirty-three years ago.  During her 
residence here she had been a member of the Simpson Methodist Episcopal 
church.  Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. H. E. Walters of Altoona, and 
two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Vance of Belleville, Pa., and Mrs. Nancy 
Bell of State College, Pa.  Funeral services at the Simpson Methodist 
church at 10 o'clock Thursday morning.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.
