GEORGE R. DEFFENBAUGH

A former resident of Duncansville, where he had been employed in the
rolling mills for many years, died on Sunday at Hyde, Clearfield county,
where he had resided for the past eighteen years.  He was a son of
Sylvester and Sarah Deffenbaugh and was born in Cambria county, March
20, 1866.  Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. James McCale and Miss Malissa
Deffenbaugh, both of Duncansville, and one brother, Edward Deffenbaugh
of Kalamazoo, Mich.  The body was brought to Duncansville and friends
will be received at the Liebegott funeral home.

DEFFENBAUGH - Funeral services for George Robert Deffenbaugh of Hyde,
Clearfield county, will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock
in the Liegebott funeral home in Duncansville.  Interment in Carson
Valley cemetery.  Friends are being received at the Liebegott funeral
home.
