MRS. JAMES T. DELOZIER

Word was received by Altoona friends of the death of Mrs. Charlotte 
Delozier at her home in Pittsburgh on Friday, July 21, after an 
extended illness from nervous prostration. She was the daughter of 
Henry and Margaret Otto, both deceased, and had made her home in 
Altoona all her life with the exception of the last fifteen years which 
were spent in Pittsburgh. She had many friends in both cities who will 
be sorry to hear of her death. She is survived by her husband, James T. 
Delozier, two sons, Chester and Blaine, of Pittsburgh, and one 
daughter, Mrs. Ray Weltmer of Altoona, also by two sisters, Mrs. Jacob 
Hartle of Altoona, and Mrs. Sarah J. Duganne of Pittsburgh, and one 
brother, Joe Otto of Philadelphia. Her oldest son, Sankey M., died in 
February of this year. Interment was made Monday morning at Pittsburgh.
