All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ FRANCESCO DEMARIO DIES AFTER EXTENDED ILLNESS Francesco DeMario, 109 West Fourteenth street, died at the home yesterday morning at 8 o'clock, following an extended illness. He was born Nov. 25, 1885, in Sicily, Italy, a son of Carmen and Mary Ricubali DeMario. He was married Apr. 24, 1920, at Osceola Mills, to Carmela Lemmo, now deceased. Mr. DeMario had resided in Tyrone 22 years. He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Mary Celmo of Tyrone; two sons, Charles DeMario with the armed forces in Japan, and Domenick DeMario of Johnstown; five grandchildren; two sisters living in Sicily. Mr. DeMario was a member of St. Matthew Catholic church, of the Loyal Order of Moose of Osceola Mills, the Sons of Italy of Clearfield, and the B. A. H. and L. Volunteer Fire company. He was a retired PRR employee. Funeral services will be held in St. Matthew Catholic church Monday morning at 10 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. Patrick D. Harkins.
