Driven Insane by the Intemperate Habits of a Son. Special to THE INQUIRER. HOLLIDAYSBURG, Nov. 9. - On Friday last William Dent, one of the oldest conductors on the Martinsburg Railroad, was taken violently insane on his homeward trip from this city and had to be tied in the baggage car. He died this morning at his home. He was driven crazy by the gross intemperance of his son. Conductor Dent was 70 years old and had been a conductor for forty years.
