DEATH OF NEWSPAPER MAN

  Altoona, Pa., Sept. 9 - Henry C. Dern, for 15 years the senior 
proprietor of the Altoona TRIBUNE was found dead in bed, aged 73.  He 
was prominent in financial, religious, political and Masonic circles.
