ELIZABETH M. DICK

Of Roaring Spring RD, died at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 1974, at the home 
of her daughter, Mrs. Betty Longenecker, Roaring Spring RD after an extended 
illness. She was born March 4, 1890, in Wilmore, a daughter of William C. 
and Mary (Ross) Lydic and married James Dick, who died in December, 1932. 
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Longenecker and Mrs. Edna Beach of Panama 
City, Fla.; 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, three great-great-
grandchildren and one brother and three sisters, John, Mrs. Mary Helsel and 
Mrs. Mabel Ellis of Roaring Spring RD, and Mrs. Clara Imler of Altoona. Mrs. 
Dick was a member of Barley Lutheran Church. Friends will be received in the 
John L. Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
