EZRA E. DICK

Of Ore Hill, died at 2.10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, 1970, at his home 
after a lengthy illness. He was born March 14, 1897 [1879*], at Roaring 
Spring RD, the son of Daniel and Susan (Garver) Dick, and June 6, 1904, 
in Roaring Spring married Margaret Aungst, who died Nov. 26, 1970. 
Surviving are six sons and daughters, Mrs. Stella Bush of Bakers 
Summit, Mrs. Cathryn Slick of Woodbury, Ellis M. and John E. of Roaring 
Spring RD, Daniel of East Freedom and Oscar of McKee; 26 grandchildren, 
62 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Dick was 
a member of the Albright Church of the Brethren, Roaring Spring RD, and 
was a caretaker for local orchards. Friends will be received in the 
Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
