The deceased had been ill for several weeks with quinsy and grew rapidly worse and expired in a few minutes. He was born at the old homestead July 19, 1892 and is survived by his wife, who was Miss Lizzie Leydic and these children, Mrs. Mary Helsel, Bessie, Robert and Herbert (twins), Chester and Edna, all at home, and one grandchild, Marie Helsel. These brothers and sisters also survive, Miss Irene Dick, and Mrs. Ella Ellis at home, Mrs. Hattie Adams of Roaring Spring, Ezra Dick of Ore Hill and Mrs. Edna Croft of Altoona. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Albright Church of the Brethren in charge of D. M. Nissley of near Ore Hill and William Morton of California, assisted by Rev. J. E. Kinsel.
