She was born on Aug. 12, 1872, at Ore Hill and moved to Roaring Spring in 1887. Mrs. Dick attended the Roaring Spring schools and was a member of the first Roaring Spring High school graduating class in 1892. She also attended Juniata college. She was married on March 29, 1896, to Ira Dick by Rev. J.R. Sample, former pastor of St. Luke's Lutheran church of which she was a member. She was also a member of the Ladies' Aid society, the Ladies' Bible class and of the Ramblers' circle of the church. Surviving are her husband and two sons, Charles H. and J. Orie, both of Roaring Spring, and two grandchildren. Friends are being received at the home. DICK - Funeral services for Mrs. Sara Jane (Harker) Dick of 307 East Main street, Roaring Spring, will be held Thursday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the home in charge of Rev. O. E. Feeman. Interment in Grandview cemetery. Friends are being received at the home.
