DICK Of 715 Bloomfield street, Roaring Spring, died unexpectedly at 2.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon while at home. He was born in Roaring Spring, R.D., April 3, 1904, a son of Samuel and Harriet (Garber) Dick, and married Mamie Musselman Aug. 21, 1938, at Harrisburg. Mr. Dick was an employe of the D. M. Bare Paper company. Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Harriet Susan Dick; one brother, Joseph of Roaring Spring; six sisters, Mrs. Hazel Lingenfelter of Claysburg, Mrs. Mary Gates of Eldorado, Mrs. Irene Myers, Mrs. Golda Feathers, Susan Dick and Mrs. Edith Isenberg, all of Roaring Spring; two half-brothers, Arthur and Claude Dick, both of Roaring Spring, and one half-sister, Mrs. Roxie Lykens of Port Matilda. He was a member of the Roaring Spring Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received at the family home after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, November 4, 1950
