ANNA M. DICKEY

Anna M. Dickey, 70, 3800 7th Ave., Apt. 21-A, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 
1995, at her residence. She was born Jan. 15, 1925, in Altoona, the 
daughter of Jesse and Anna (Young) Burns. She married Blair C. Dickey 
in August 1941, in Winchester, Va. He preceded her in death. Mrs. 
Dickey was a member of First United Methodist Church. She retired from 
Sears, Roebuck & Co. in 1988 after 30 years of service in retail sales. 
Mrs. Dickey enjoyed crocheting and golfing. Surviving are a son, Donald 
B. of Hanover Park, Ill., a daughter, Patricia J. Sheffer of 
Pittsburgh; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was preceded 
in death by sons: James and Robert. Arrangements by E. Merrill Smith 
Funeral Home, Broad Avenue.

DICKEY - Services for Anna M. Dickey, 3800 7th Ave., Apt. 21-A, will be 
held at 1 p.m. today at E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 2309 Broad 
Ave., by the Rev. James A. Bishop. Interment in Fairview Cemetery. In 
remembrance of Anna M. Dickey, those who wish may make contributions to 
the American Heart Association.
