DIEHL.

  Edwin Arthur Diehl died at Nitro, W.Va., on Tuesday night according 
to a message received by his aunt, Miss Anna Westover of Hollidaysburg, 
yesterday morning.  He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Diehl and was 
born in the county capital, being aged 34 years.  The young man went to 
Nitro two months ago where he was employed at a powder plant.  No 
particulars regarding the cause of his death were given in the message 
to his aunt.  He was well known and highly esteemed in Hollidaysburg 
and made his home with the Westover family since the death of his 
parents.  The body will be brought to Hollidaysburg and the funeral 
announcement --?-- later.
