MRS. BERTHA W. DILLEN
 
Of 4029 Ridge Ave., died at 3.30 a.m. today in Garvey Manor, following 
an extended illness. She was born in Altoona on March 30, 1897, a 
daughter of Ardie E. and Minnie (Ressler) Wilt, and married John H. 
Dillen on April 10, 1917. Surviving are her husband, three children, 
Mrs. Betty Mendler, Ardie J. and Charles R. of the city; 10 
grandchildren, one great-grandson, two sisters and a brother, Mrs. 
Lorna W. Walter and Mrs. Helen W. Williams of the city and J. E. of 
East Freedom. Mrs. Dillen was a member of the First Church of the 
Brethren. Friends will be received in the Myers Funeral Home from 2 to 
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
