No. 2, and employe of the Pennsylvania Railroad company in this city, died at his home yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, death being attributed to a heart ailment with which he had been afflicted for the past three years. He was a son of Chauncey and Rebecca (Walter) Dively and was born at Klahr Aug. 16, 1892. He was united in marriage with Lena W. Kyler at Claysburg, Sept. 14, 1913. She survives, with one son and one daughter, Robert O. Dively and Delores A. Dively, both at home, and a sister, Mrs. Hattie B. Claar of Queen. A daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Dively, died July 1, this year. Mr. Dively was educated in the public schools and was a graduate of Juniata college and was a member of Calvary Baptist church in Altoona. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company in Altoona in charge of stock and material in the car repairing department. Friends will be received at the home at Brookes Mills after 6.30 o'clock this evening. DIVELY - Funeral services for Mark Walter Dively of Brookes Mills, Duncansville, R.D. No. 2, will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock in the Holsinger Church of the Brethren at Bakers Summit in charge of Rev. Ralph H. Stoll, pastor of the Calvary Baptist church. Interment in the Holsinger cemetery. Friends will be received at the home after 6.30 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, October 26, 1943
