DONAHUE, Son of Julian (deceased) and Margaret Behe Donahue, a veteran of the World war, died at the home of his mother, 1316 Fourteenth avenue at 11.24 Friday morning of a complication of diseases, from which he had suffered for nearly two years. He was born near Ashville, Cambria county, Feb. 23, 1891. Besides his mother he is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. James Dixon of Youngstown, O; Thomas Donahue of Patton, J. C. Donahue of Juniata, Mrs. L. L. Stahl and Mrs. Harry Slogenhop of Altoona; Amelia, Agnes and Bernadette, at home. He served thirteen months in the army, spending ten months overseas. Previous to his illness he was employed by the P.R.R. and was a member of the B. of R.T. He was a member of St. John's Catholic church, where his funeral will be conducted on Tuesday morning. Interment will be made in Calvary cemetery. A sister, Miss Ella Donahue, died one year ago, Jan. 31, 1920. Altoona Mirror, Friday, January 21, 1921
