MRS. ANNA L. DRENNING

Of 32 Mansion boulevard, widow of J. W. Drenning, died at 11.05 o'clock 
last night in the Altoona hospital after having been ill for the past 
month.  She was born in Ironton, O., July 31, 1899, a daughter of Mr. 
and Mrs. Lawrence Lutz. Mr. Drenning died March 30, 1949.  Surviving 
are one son and two daughters, Norman of the Sugar run road, Mrs. 
William C. Gearhart, jr.,  of Llyswen and Miss Gloria, at the home; 
four grandchildren, one sister and two brothers, Mrs. John 
Crickenberger and Hans Lutz of Ironton, O., and Joseph of Columbus, O.  
She was a member of St. John's Catholic church, Lakemont.  Mrs. 
Drenning will repose at the V. L. Stevens funeral home after 7 o'clock 
this evening.
