MARIE R. DUMM 

84, of 703 6th Ave., died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 1980, in
Mercy Hospital, after a brief illness. Mrs. Dumm retired as a payroll
supervisor from the Penn Alto Hotel in 1968, after 32 years' service.
She was born May 21, 1895, in Altoona, the daughter of Albert A. and
Flora (Ewing) Gartland, and in November 1923, married Raymond S. Dumm,
who died Oct. 17, 1967. Surviving are a son, William G. of Altoona,
three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Margaret of
Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg. Mrs. Dumm was a member of St. Mark's
Catholic Church and Christian Mothers. Friends will be received from 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in Stevens Mortuary.

DUMM - The funeral of Marie R. Dumm of 703 6th Ave. will be held with a
mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mark's Catholic
Church, by Father Louis Mulvehill. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in Stevens
Mortuary, 1421 8th Ave.
