DUNMIRE Brief notice of whose death in Spokane, Washington, on Aug. 9, 1942, was made in last Monday's issue of the Altoona Mirror, was born at Newry Sept. 20, 1875 [Should be 1865]. A former resident of Altoona, Mrs. Dunmire, whose maiden name was Cora Blanche Weaver, had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Mae Edith Smith, in Spokane the past 3 years. She had been ill only a few days and died in a hospital in Spokane. She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Walter Neilson of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Mrs. A. B. McIntire of Altoona, and 5 grandchildren, Frank and Colleen Neilson in Louisiana, and Bernard, Gloria and Betty McIntire of this city. She was a member of the Lutheran church and active in the work of the Ladies' Aid Society and Sunday school. Her funeral was held yesterday and interment was made in the Greenwood Cemetery in Spokane. Altoona Mirror, Aug. 15, 1942 Additional Comments: She was born in 1865, not 1875.
