Dysart, 95, of 614 W. 14th Street, Tyrone and a guest at Epworth Manor died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006 at 8:45 p.m. at the Manor. He was born April 16, 1911 in Tyrone, the son of Edward I. and Ellen Louise McKee Dysart. He is survived by a nephew, Paul Dysart of Louisiana; two nieces- Avis, wife of Jim Rice of Grazierville, Gail, wife of Dan Masser of Phoenix, AZ, a great nephew Ed Dysart and wife Viola of Bald Eagle and three great nephews and two great nieces in LA and a number of great- great nieces and nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Ella O'Neill and a brother Edward Dysart. He was a member of the St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Tyrone High School and was an accountant and retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a field auditor for which he had worked in both Johnstown and Pittsburgh. Funeral Mass will be said Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006 at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church with Father Joseph Orr as celebrant. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. where a wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be made to Epworth Manor Care Assurance Fund, 951 Washington Ave., Tyrone, PA, 16686 or to St. Matthew's Catholic Church Building Fund, 406 W. 11th St., Tyrone, PA, 16686.
