CITY AND COUNTRY.

  On the 27th of last month the wife of Mr. Samuel Eastright died at 
her residence in Indiana county.  Her husband and five children are 
left to mourn their loss.  The deceased lady was at one time a resident 
of Altoona and the news of her death will be read with sorrow by her 
friends in this city.  She lived a Christian life and was prepared to 
meet her God.
