Edmiston, a well known resident of this city, died at his home, 1617 Sharp avenue, at 8 o'clock last evening of a complication of diseases with which he had been ailing for a period of two years. For the past month he had been confined to his home, gradually growing weaker until the end. Deceased was born on April 9, 1863 and had resided for a number of years in this city. He was a barber by occupation and conducted shops in various sections of the city. On April 3, 1883, he was married to Miss Belle Bartley, who survives with the following children: Walter, Fred, Helen and Ruth, all of this city. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mary Nickel, of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Ellen Hubert, of Juniata. The funeral will take place at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, services at the house conducted by Rev. Clayton Grinnell, pastor of the First Baptist church. Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
