MRS. MARIA EDWARDS.

  Mrs. Marie Edwards, widow of David Edwards, died at her home, 1109
Eighteenth street Wednesday evening at 10.35 o'clock of a complication
of diseases, incident to advanced years.  She was born on July 10,
1848, the daughter of J. D. Hamilton, of Wilmore, Cambria county.  She
was married in 1866 to David Edwards and had resided in this city
practically all her life.  She was a member of the First Baptist
church and is survived by the following sons and daughters: Gertrude,
at home, James I., Harry G., and Louis N., all of this city, William
M. and David Mervin, of Johnstown, and Gilbert N., of Newton Hamilton

FUNERAL NOTICE.

  The funeral of Mrs. Maria Edwards will be held from her late
residence, 1109 Eighteenth street, at 2:30 this afternoon.  Interment
will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
