Frederick Effinger, of 436 Fourth avenue, died at 4:45 a.m. yesterday, of diseases incident to advanced age. He conducted a grocery store at 500 Fourth avenue for many years, and was born at Aldinger, Wurtemberg, Germany, August 2, 1842, but had been a resident of this city many years. He was the son of Frederick and Maria Effinger, and is survived by his wife, three children, Marie, Emma and Minnie, and two sisters, Mrs. Ersula Brunner and Mrs. Anna Reifsteck, all of this city.
