KARL E. ELDER,

Son of Charles H. Elder of Orlando, Fla., a former resident of
Altoona, died Saturday morning in a Pittsburgh hospital after several
months' illness. He was born in Altoona on April 5, 1891. Surviving
are his wife, his father, one brother, Dr. Harold Elder of Asheville,
N.C., and an aunt, Mrs. David I. Gorsuch of Altoona and the Loop with
whom he spent much of his early life.
