He was the son of Thomas and Nancy (Smith) Emeigh and was born at Rodman on November 4, 1861, He was united in marriage with Izorah Albright, who survives, with two daughters, Mrs. Thomas McNally of Roaring Spring and Mrs. Edgar Miller of Claysburg; eight grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren. Mr. Emeigh was a member of the Roaring Spring Church of the Brethren and retired as a paper mill worker four years ago. Friends are being received at the home.
