ENDRESS Of 5104(?) Seventeenth street, a retired employe [sic] of the Pennsylvania Railroad company, died at his home at 7:40 o'clock this morning of a complication of diseases. He was born in Johnstown on Feb. 6, 1858, a son of Herman and Augusta (Keim) Endress. He was a carpenter by trade and retired from the railroad company service eleven years ago after many years' employment. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Martha M. (Sharp) Endress; six sons and daughters, Mrs. Earl Murray, Mrs. Charles R. Williams, Joseph W. Endress, Mrs. L. A. Vaughn, Mrs. Earl Shoenfelt and Mrs. Roy Kunkle. One son, Herman A. Endress, preceded him in death. One sister, Mrs. John Hess of the city, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Mr. Endress was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church. The body may be viewed at the Stevens mortuary. The funeral will be held Saturday morning with requiem mass at 9 o'clock in Our Lady of Lourdes church. Interment will be made in St. John's cemetery.
