HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS.

  George W. English, born in Martinsburg, Blair county, May 17, 1853, 
and educated in Milroy, Mifflin county, died at Woodcliff, New Jersey, 
on November 11.  The deceased was recognized throughout the country as 
a life insurance authority.  Mrs. W. M. Furey, of Bellefonte, is a 
sister of the deceased.  The remains will be interred in the Homewood 
cemetery, Pittsburg, to-day.
