Miss Anna Mary Eschbach passed away at her home on Columbia avenue on Sunday evening at 6 o'clock, death being due to pneumonia. Miss Eschbach has been in poor health for some time and recently contracted Spanish influenza, which was later followed by the disease that caused her demise. Anna Mary Eschbach was born at Tremont, Schuylkill county, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Eschbach. She came to Tyrone early in life and has resided here ever since. Surviving to mourn the death are two brothers, Joseph and William, and one sister, Miss Emma, all of Tyrone. Deceased was a most estimable woman, possessing a kind and loving disposition which endeared her with all whom she came in contact. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church and when enjoying good health was a constant attendant. Private funeral services will be held at the late home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. E. G. Sawyer. Interment in Grand View cemetery.
