Local Brevities.

  Elsie May, infant daughter of B. F. and Jennie E. Evans, died 
yesterday at 11.15 a.m., of dropsy, aged 17 days.  A short funeral 
service will be held at the residence of the parents, 1411 Thirteenth 
avenue, at 3 o'clock this afternoon, to be conducted by Rev. Arthur W. 
Spooner.  The interment will be in Fairview cemetery.  We sympathize 
with Brother Evans and his wife in the sorrow which has overshadowed 
their home.
