MATTIE M. FAGLEY

Wife of John C. Fagley of 506 Sixth street, Juniata, died at her home
at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon.  She was born on Oct. 15, 1869, at
Mifflin, a daughter of John and Maria (Valentine) Houtz, and in 1890
was married to Mr. Fagley.  Surviving are her husband, two sons and
two daughters, William B., Kenneth L., Mrs. Miles Siegfried and Mrs.
Luther Peterman, all of the city; nine grandchildren, three great-
grandchildren, three brothers and one sister, George Houtz of
Lewistown, David of Mifflin, Joseph of Mifflintown and Mrs. Annie
Shover of Mifflin.  Mrs. Fagley was of the Lutheran faith, a member of
the War Mothers and the P. O. of A.  The body may be viewed at the
home where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow
afternoon.  Interment will be made in Grandview cemetery.
