He was the son of Benjamin and Catherine McGregor Farber and was born at Ore Hill on Dec. 20, 1899. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Virgie Bishop, and three sisters, Mrs. William McGee of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Elvin Bush of Claysburg and Mrs. Olive Morgart of Roaring Spring, R.D., and by his father. The body may be viewed at the home of Mrs. Elvin Bush at Claysburg any time prior to the funeral. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Wednesday, August 28, 1940 FARBER - Funeral services for Charles Farber of Claysburg will be conducted at the Holsinger Church of the Brethren at Bakers Summit, Thursday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock.
