Born at Duncansville December 24, 1875, he was a son of David and Barbara (Lingenfelter) Feathers. He married Myrtle Kuhn April 6, 1899. Members of the family include his wife; four daughters, Mrs. James A. Sandrus, Mrs. Lloyd M. Fleck, Mrs. Lee E. Goebler and Mrs. Harold R. Smith, all of Altoona; one son, Earl Feathers, at home; seven grandchildren and five brothers and sisters, Mrs. Ellis Zimmers, Blair A. Feathers, Mrs. Hayes Buck, John H. and Mary A. Feathers, all of Altoona. Mr. Feathers was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran church. Friends are being received at the home. FEATHERS - Funeral service for William David Feathers, of 2916 West Chestnut avenue, will be conducted by the Rev. J. L. Barnes, of the St. Paul Lutheran church, at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the church. Interment in Carson Valley cemetery. Friends are being received at the home.
