All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ FERGUSON Harry McClellan Ferguson, the well known gang leader at the East Altoona Engine House, died at 9.20 last night of pleural pneumonia after a short illness. Mr. Ferguson was born in this city Nov. 26, 1863, and had been a resident of this city all his life. He entered the employ of the Pennsy at an early age and for some time past had been the gang foreman at East Altoona. Besides his wife he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Churngold, of Altoona, and Mrs. John E. Barnes, of Wrightsville. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Flora Association of the Round House and of the P.R.R. Relief. He was of the Presbyterian faith. Funeral announcement will be made later.
