At the time of death he was employed by the P.R.R. as yard conductor and was in the employ of the company during a period of thirty-four years. He was born on October 23, 1867, the son of the late William and Mary Ferguson. The wife survives with the following daughters and one son: L. Grace, Helen M., Naomi A., Mrs. Effie B. Leader and Frank M., of this city; Mrs. Mary J. Alexander, of Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Maggie Claybaugh, of Tulsa, Okla.; George W., William H., and Edward R., of this city. He was a member of the Sixth avenue Church of the Brethren and these lodges: United Lodge No. 174, B. of R.R.; Knights of Pythias, I.O.O.F., Eagles, and several floral associations. The funeral will take place Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with services at the church. The interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
