Local Brevities.

  Our Hollidaysburg correspondent yesterday noted the sudden death of 
Mr. George W. Ferree, at Point View, which occurred on Monday.  Our 
Williamsburg correspondent writes that Mr. Ferree was the father of 
Mrs. John Simms and Mrs. William Simms, of that town, and that the 
funeral will take place at Yellow Springs at 10.30 o'clock on Thursday 
morning.
