MRS. JENNIE FERRY
 
Of 905 Franklin street, Roaring Spring, died at 6.50 o'clock this
morning at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Ferry was born
March 24, 1872, at New Enterprise, a daughter of Jacob and Mary
(Klotz) Pressel. Her husband, Frank B., died Nov. 15, 1953. Surviving
are four children, Mrs. Cleo Longenecker, with whom she resided; Park
D. of Roaring Spring and J. Elwood and Orlo S. of New Enterprise; 11
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was a member of St.
Luke's Lutheran church, Roaring Spring, and the Ladies' Aid society.
Friends will be received at the Byers funeral home.
