DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Ross Herbert, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Figart, of 211
First avenue, died this morning, of meningitis, aged 9 months.  The
funeral will take place at 4 p.m. tomorrow.  Interment in Oak Ridge
cemetery.
