MR. HART FINNEGAN,

A brother of Peter J. Finnegan, of this city, and a former resident of
this city, was instantly killed in the Chicago yard yesterday by being
run down by a train of cars.  The deceased was aged about 50 years.
At the time of his death Mr. Finnegan was acting as a railroad
policeman.  He was a member of the Catholic church.  He is survived by
a wife and several children, all residing in Chicago.  He is also
survived by one brother, Yard Master John Finnegan, of Conemaugh.
