Mr. Fisher, a coppersmith employed in the Juniata blacksmith shops of the Pennsylvania Railroad company, had lived in Altoona all his life. He was born in Altoona on Dec. 31, 1876, a son of John and Mollie (Ritchey) Fisher. He is survived by his wife, Harriet H. Fisher, one brother, John Fisher of Tucson, Ariz., and two sisters, Mrs. Tressa Wilson and Mrs. Bertha Harrison, both of Franklin, Pa. Mr. Fisher was a member of the First Methodist church, Juniata, and of the P.R.R. relief. Friends will be received at the family home after noon tomorrow.
