After an illness of several weeks duration but considered serious for only about ten days, D. Tussey Fleck passed away at the Hollidaysburg hospital near midnight on Saturday, death resulting from a general breakdown. David Tussey Fleck was a son of George and Sarah Tussey Fleck, (deceased) and was born in Sinking valley about 54 years ago. With the exception of less than a year in the state of Ohio, he lived his entire life in the vicinity in which he was born. After reaching manhood he worked as a farm hand and journeyman carpenter. About thirty years ago Mr. Fleck was married to Miss Rebecca Shearer. To this union nine children were born. Of these there survive with the wife, the following: Clyde, Blaine, Mrs. William Yon, and Miss Elsie, of Sinking valley; Mrs. Edward Endress, Altoona; and Mrs. Audy Christovic, of Kansas, Ohio. Surviving also are these brothers and sisters. H. Alton, Mrs. William McCormick, and George, all of Sinking valley. The funeral was held at 10 o’clock on Tuesday morning, Rev.
