FROM SINKING VALLEY.

We regret to announce to his many friends and acquaintances the death
of Mr. George Fleck - generally known as 'Squire Fleck, of Dixon,
Illinois.  He was a former resident of this valley, but for many years
he has resided in the west.  He had been sick for some time, and died
from lung trouble.  He was a very energetic worker in the early
history of the Lutheran Sunday school in this valley and always took
an active part in all church work.
