FLEISHER Aged 71, of 1214 Twelfth avenue, retired employe of the Altoona works, died at 7 o'clock last evening at his home of a heart attack. He was stricken on the stairs leading to the third floor of his home, falling several steps to the landing. The circumstances were investigated by Deputy Coroner Edgar G. Walls. Mr. Fleisher was born in Hollidaysburg March 7, 1879. His wife, Mrs. Susan (Conrad) Fleisher, died May 28, 1943. They formerly resided at 847 Waterloo road. Mr. Fleisher retired Aug. 16, 1938, from the Twelfth street shops after more than 38 years' service. Surviving are an aunt, Mrs. Isadore Lilly, and a grandson, W. D. Moses of the city. Mr. Fleisher was a member of the First Methodist church, White Cross lodge, Knights of Pythias, the Eagles, Frohsinn and Blair County Game, Fish and Forestry association.
